From start to finish, Hazael was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked me through my options, and made sure everything was done right—not rushed. His attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out, and it’s rare to find a technician who combines technical skill with such great customer service. No company is perfect, but Armstrong Air & Electric treats me fair.
