Amazing service! Our furnace died when it was below zero out. We called at 4:40pm, he was there within 5 minutes. It was diagnosed, and a temporary furnace in place within an hour. They even gave us a couple of infared heaters to borrow in case we needed them. New furnace installed the next day.

When our furnace went out, they worked with us to get a replacement in a timely manner. I can't say enough about how well we have been treated by the folks at Armstrong.

Called for 2 months to set up appt. They never called back, went to store twice, still no call. Don't recommend

Alliant found a gas leak in my furnace and had to shut it off until it could get fixed. They gave me Mike's number and he was at my house very quickly. He was friendly, worked fast, but was thorough, and even had treats for my 3 dogs (who all loved him). He even happened to have a filter for my furnace and was able to give me an idea of what a project would cost. Great guy!
