Ivan and his guys did my roof and siding. They did a fantastic job! Everything was do in a very timely manner and hit every expectation I had! He communicated very well with everything also! I'm a very picky person and I'm 110% satisfied with how everything turned out! I would recommend them any day!

The crew worked from early to late.If they say they'll come at a certain time they will be there! Our roof was done in Dec.so needed scooping and blowing! Great job! Done in a day and a half.

Ivan got us a quote for a new asphalt shingled roof, we accepted and they began work when he anticipated starting (no waiting on our part). His crew worked diligently for two days (complete tear off, replaced sheeting, installed appropriate venting, picked up all trash and nails with a magnet, fixed my leaky chimney, and replaced shingles). What I really appreciated is they noticed a section of my gutters weren’t draining properly so they took the extra time to raise one end so the water flows now and doesn’t sit leaving stagnant water. His crew worked hard and were polite and professional around my family and I. Very happy with the final product.

We called Ivan to ask if he would replace our front steps. He can, measured, listened to what we wanted and returned in a couple of days with a diagram for the steps. Also a quote. We agreed with the quote and Ivan said he would get done sometime in the next two weeks. And he did. Said they would be here at 8:00 Monday and they were. Took down the old and put up the new. These are a lot safer for visitors. It wasn't a roof, but he was willing to do this for us. I would recommend him for any job.

Ivan is responsive and detail-oriented. He provided three different quotes, so I had multiple options for roofing and repair. The turnaround time between me making a down payment on job, and having a crew at my house installing the new roof, was less than a week, which was wonderful. The crew was large, and they were a a well-oiled machine--highly efficient, smooth, and professional. They protected my yard and outdoor valuables with tarps before starting the job, and the clean-up after the roof was installed was immaculate. I am 100% happy with every aspect of this job.
