Lucas came to our home and went above and beyond! In addition to the quarterly spray we get, we noticed a bad odor near our front door and couldn’t figure it out. Lucas quickly found the problem (a dead frog) and took care of it. He was professional, friendly and was also very thorough with treating both the outside and inside our home. Owning a resort it's very easy to spot the fakes that want to come and provide services because we are here watching. However, my Florida home in Verandah is quite different as we are gone all summer and this summer due to an AC problem I came back in September to a dirty pool that I was told was cleaned 2 days before I arrived, it wasn't! The company is a good company but their employee had been sloughing off. So when I looked at my lawn and the entrance way where spiders have usually left there black marks everywhere I noticed it was clean with no marks, my bushes and lawn were thriving and it was obvious that Armstrong Pest and Lawn had been been here and everything looked better than it had in the 5 years I have owned here.
