I was shopping around for a brand new HVAC system installation during renovation of my place. I found a few companies and compared their services, prices and availability. Arnica looked pretty nice so we picked them. So far the installation service went pretty well. Everything got installed on time and I was always notified on their schedule which helped a lot to plan accordingly. Their office manager Rosette kept communication clear and explained me various things I had to go through to make sure everything is smooth and as planned. She helped a lot and made the whole process smooth and clear. Dean helped to settle various technical aspects before I signed and during the whole process. Outstanding from start to finish. I did a whole home Mitsubishi A/C with HyperHeat installation, 11 indoor units with 3 outdoor units in total. Dean came out and did the consultation, then provided a proposal by email and once agreed upon everything was scheduled and installed expeditiously. Any questions or concerns I had along the way were answered quickly. It’s tough at times to find a good company with good people and workers but Arnica has it all. And if you’re considering a Mitsubishi system they are a Diamond installer which does matter. Dean, Rosette, Marco , Adam and everyone both in the office and on the installation crew were a pleasure to work with.

We decided to switch from oil heat to heat pumps before the federal tax incentives were phased out and after much research chose Arnica to guide us and install the system. Rosette, the office manager, was wonderful at every step of the way, and the technicians, Marco and Mario, and Victor and Cesar, were absolute pros, not only completely knowledgable about the technology and excellent at what they do, but kind and courteous as well. Arnica is a family run business that is genuinely concerned with doing a thorough and excellent job. They actually care!
