This is about a company that did the right thing in an extremely professional manner. They were working on a pool project next door and during the equipment delivery, my son’s basketball hoop was accidentally struck and damaged by the truck. After having a friendly conversation with the guys on site, I spoke with the supervisor over the phone. They were apologetic, professional and helpful. At their recommendation, We found a new hoop online and had it ordered it within the hour. Within hours, the supervisor I spoke with on the phone personally hand delivered a check to cover the full cost of the new hoop. Very professional company and one who does the right thing.

Make a pool with them, they are the best. I had mine for years with zero problems.

They were putting in a pool next door and were blocking my mailbox and driveway. When asked to move I got attitude and was told "I'm almost done". (For 4 hours)They could have knocked on the door and asked, prior to blocking the driveway, so that I could have parked on the street. I don't know if it's because I am black or a woman, but I was ignored.

The drivers are not the best. They almost hit my car without paying attention.Literally a bunch of stones hit the window of my fiancé’s car. Maybe I can teach them a course of 101 intro to driving; a 3 credit course.
