Our technician, Wascar, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was taken care of thoroughly. Had a raccoon in my attic that I thought I could get out myself. Well, I was wrong and had to call someone that was qualified to do so. I contacted a few different companies and decided on Arnold’s. They sent out a tech by the name of Wascar. Nice young man, explained his process and about how long it would take him to get the job done. What I really liked about his service is that he reassured me the raccoon was going to be safely released once he captured it. If I find myself needing pest service again, I will be sure to contact Arnold’s and request Wascar specifically. Very respectful of my home, time and concerns.

I had a cockaroach problem in my apartment and the pest exterminator(i believe his name was wascar) help get rid of them and we haven't had a sighting in a long time. He took the time to explain how everything worked and recommended things if we did see a sighting. He was very helpful and patient with our questions. I recommended him to our friends.
