They are great. Went to every key, locksmith place in Kenosha to no avail or the price was outrageous. Within 5 minutes - no appointment, just a walk-in - I watched as my key was sodered on a ring. No one in Kenosha let alone SE WI would have taken the time to go so above and beyond. Thanks again, look forward to recommended to others.

Subpar service. Failure to communicate. Clearly takes no pride in his profession. Don't waist your time with these guys they will lie to you about what they can do, and then do something completely different. Paid good money, would have even paid more for what I wanted not what the locksmith wants.

Many locksmiths to choose from. One never called me back. Another had a beautiful web site but it was connected to a scam phone number. ARO guys advised me on options for a garage lever and on a separate key for the master bedroom. Both men were very knowledgeable, courteous and quick. Their sole intent was to make sure I was happy with the install. Yes! Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. We used them to rekey our locks on our new home. They were fast, inexpensive, and friendly. They can either come to you, or you can bring your lock needs to them. Very pleased with the quality of their work!
