Arocon installed a new roof on my house a couple of years ago and they just replaced a skylight. The crew removing the existing skylight and installing the new one appeared to be very capable and competent and it didn't appear they had any issues installing the new skylight, even though they had to make some slight modifications to the existing opening to accept the new skylight.

Very positive experience. Jason originally came to assess a roof issue and suggested a roof tune-up. He and two assistants returned and as part of the tune-up made a repair that I believe was beyond what would be done in a typical tune-up, which I believe will address the issue. He was very knowledgeable, and he and his assistants were very pleasant. Jason's explanations and the accompanying photos were very helpful in understanding the issue. I was left with the impression that he and AROCON had integrity and competence.

Mikey was incredible to work with throughout the entire process. I met with about ten roofing companies and found that his delivery was straightforward, honest, and to the point. He didn't waste our time or try to oversell us. His customer service was excellent, especially when were still making the decision because he was happy to communicate with us and answer questions, share samples, etc. The warranty provided is ideal for us, and AROCON was helpful in discussing solar panels and willing to help with that. The on-the-ground team lead by Antonio was super fast and finished our project in the estimated window. The cleanup was good. The lead person on the crew went above and beyond throughout the project, confirming all aspects such as removal of a cable dish and fans, and re-installation

July 29, 2025 John and Tyler came today to inspect my roof and clean my gutters. They were very respectful of my property and very thorough with their work. It was a very hot day but they remained cheerful and did not cut corners on their work. I highly recommend them and Arocon.

Hugo did a phenomenal job! I felt bad when he arrived alone. However, he performed exceptionally well! The work was done very efficiently and professionally. When he was finished, he explained everything that he had done and offered valuable suggestions. Everything was done quickly and the gutters look superb. The pictures he took clearly displayed the work done and also concise and done well.
