Harman's Septic Care

We had a wonderful experience with Harman's Septic Care. The customer service we received was excellent, when I called to make the appointment all of my questions were answered, the lady I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. I asked them to call when they were on the way, which the gentlemen did. They were respectful of my property and worked diligently until the job was done. They also answered my questions I had and were professional and courteous. We will be recommending Harmans to our family and friends.

Harman’s did an excellent job installing the septic for our new build. Their work was well done in a timely manner. They went the extra mile to help clean up and level out dirt around the rest of the job site without additional cost. The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them enough!

The service was great. We called late on Friday and did not have a working septic system. Their technician showed up first thing Monday morning, when we were told he would, diagnosed the issue, 3 years of garbage disposal usage. He hooked his power washer up to our hose and in 10 minutes it was draining properly. Then he drained the tank, cleaned up and was gone in under 30 minutes. We talked about the use of a garbage disposal with a septic system and how it really should not be there or be used. The alternative is to come out every 2-2.5 years and have it serviced. That is a better choice.

I was in need of having my septic tank pumped out. I had called another company but I didn't get a prompt return call. I saw Harman's had good reviews so we scheduled a time. Within a day we had a very nice young man come out and take care of our problem. I highly recommend them for your septic care!
