If this is the same guy that did my screen porches and kitchen cabinets, it's a 3 at best. There are screws coming out of the metal frame, kitchen cabinet knobs coming off. He spent more time yelling at his son than making sure job was done right. Had to come out to Lakeland 3 times to fix leaking roof.
