Woke up to water pouring out of my bathroom light fixture during a big storm. I called Shawn and he immediately answered and was able to show up almost immediately. He brought me up on the roof and showed me what the issues were and was able to fix it the same day. Very professional, communicative and well priced.

Hands down Metro is the BEST of the BEST. When the ins tried to say there was 0 hail damage, except for 8 shingles, I was encouraged by the owners in depth knowledge and honesty that gave me the confidence to file a 2nd claim & BINGO! 2nd claim approved an an actual adjuster came out. I will beef up this review later…. but this husband and wife were and are a GODSEND. I trust in their integrity, exp & knowledge 1000%!!! Ty Yelp….when I go & check the hidden reviews…I read something that gave me a gut feeling they were the co to go with. I called that Sat & they came out. We have a brand new roof and matching vent stacks & fans. The house looks brand new! So happy!!! Hire them! Ps(ignore my ugly, overgrown lawn!)

Trees down on my roof wholes to be patched, just called Shawn Harless and he took great care of us. Shawn and Michelle are good people. Any time I have ever had a concern about my roof or needing gravel for driveway just called him and let him know what's up and he's own his way over. When I ask about price he says let me get you fixed up first. He's always more than fair and strives for customers satisfaction, His wife Michelle is a Godly woman who keeps them going.

Shawn and Michelle are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are very kind and professional! They’re really not out to break the bank they are just trying to make it in this world we live in! Their prices are very reasonable! I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to anybody that I know of that has any kind of roofing needs!! I know they did right by me!!!

Shawn was awesome 👌 gave us a good price to do my roof, he's an honest worker, straight forward and explains in detail what needs to be done or repaired. We will use him for any roofing problems we endure.
