Arrive University City Garage

Please do not rent here. I lived at Arrive between 3/2021-3/2022 and it was a horrible experience. The building itself and apartments are nice and modern, but the rent is over priced for the area. During the winter time, there were frequent hot water shut offs, which is unacceptable. The parking garage doors frequently malfunction. The worst part about living at Arrive was the move-out process. The property manager told me I was owed a credit, but then charged me unjustified and exorbitant fees. You will save more money and be much happier if you live elsewhere.

You won't be able to reliably access your car after 10pm. Its a nice garage don't get me wrong but for monthly parkers expect for your car to be inaccessible 1/3 of the time. The management company is likely being misinformed by the on site staff, as they claim it to be 24hr accessible.

Here was the issue that deducted a star. I found this parking garage. Clean, wide spaces, seemed very safe but upon return I couldn’t figure out my way back in! The building I walked out of was locked. The garage door that opened when I pulled up my car, would not open with me just standing there. I was lucky to find a l nope door that just happened to lead me in to the garage. I’m sure that door was supposed to be locked. How do you get back in if you are not a resident?!?!?!

Garage access is not good as doors are locked with no access. There is a intercom but half the time no one answers to unlock the door so you can’t get in the garage to get to your car. You then have to hope that someone comes along to open the door or walk around to the Apartment Tower entrance for Arrive Tower but again the doors are locked and you have to wait until someone comes along and you go in behind them into the lobby to get to the garage elevators. If you have to get out of the garage during late hours your in trouble because no one is around to let you in. Figure on losing a lot of time.

advertised as 24/7 then they change the rules so you can only access M-F 9am-6pm and you have to pay an extra 75 dollars on top of what you already pay for parking to access it during off hours.
