Arrow Door has a knowledgeable staff and door inventory in their facilities. We have installed numerous doors from Arrow Door and everything looks great. I would recommend Arrow Door for ALL of your Door Needs. The picture attached is of a steel door with a side glass that UR&P recently installed. The door also has a panic bar for exit on the inside, a lever lock on the outside and a automatic door closer. We purchased ALL of these products from Arrow Door. Made a call to Anthony on Thur Jun 30 to get info regarding stock of a commercial door handle for my store. Even though he was condescending & thought his response clever, I went to the store the following day after having verified Thur that someone would be there Friday. Guess WHAT? At 2:50 not a single person was working and the place was locked up. No sign on the door. And what do you know; no one answering calls either. Please don’t let me make the mistake of treating my customers that way!!
