They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way I could understand, and provided honest recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done efficiently, safely, and with great attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and truly care about doing the job right the first time. My home was left clean, and everything is now working perfectly.

They have phenomenal customer service here. I needed an electrical panel replacement and I was shopping around to compare prices. MATTHEW was super helpful when I came to him with other estimates, and I was going to go with Arrow Electric until another electrician got back to me with an extremely competitive price. Matthew was kind enough to call me in the evening to discuss it, and upon further review the other price was so competitive that he recommended I move forward with their services. I hope that shows how Arrow Electric truly has peoples' best interest in mind, and if you do decide to move forward with them you're surely in good hands. Thanks again! Bradyn came by today and completed two of our service requests. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly. Everything was handled efficiently and the work was done right. Highly recommend!

Brayden was awesome! Fixed all of my issues quickly and was so polite. I called them on Friday and they were here by Tuesday morning when I mentioned I had availability. 10/10 would recommend this company.
