Very frustrated right now. I have had a contract for several years. I took the contract to cover all issues inside and outside my home. The sales person was very persuasive. Shortly after signing the contract arrow came and took care of a wasp nest. Now a couple years later when I have the same issue they tell me that it’s not covered and that the initial neat removal was a one time thing. That was never communicated to me. All this and the contact rate went up fairly significantly. I will be canceling and do not recommend this company.

My mom paid for a contract which Arrow never showed up for but continued to bill her. After communicating the issues they continued to bill her - which they will not be getting paid, then they sent the debt to a collection agency - who will also not be getting paid!!! These people are scum bags!!

Been a customer for over a year. Started having a small carpenter ant problem they quoted me 1095 for a single spray and wanted to up my quarterly to 225 from 150. Such a scam I called another company who has great reviews and told me that price was insane. Ended up doing it for 200 and they have a more reputable reputation. Go somewhere else trust me.

I recommend this company to anyone that needs this service. The rep on the phone was kind and knowledgeable. Dave came the next day and immediately treated our issue with ants. We moved into a new home that was infested with small ants. Dave was kind, professional, and knew exactly where to treat. The ants were gone that day and haven't been back since. Compare to other companies, this service was very affordable. Very pleased.

They were great-got rid of my mice in my new home. It’s been a year, and I wanted to cancel, since there’s no problem anymore. Very difficult. The woman on the phone was combative. Beware when signing a contract with them. They make it miserable to cancel.
