Arrow Exterminators

I've used Arrow Exterminators for several years and, as a result, it's rare that I see any pests around the house. In the rare instance that I do happen to find one, it's typically out in the garage and it's dead. I have pets and Casey is mindful of their presence. He always takes care to ensure they do not escape as he enters and leaves the premises.

Matt Nelson is simply OUTSTANDING! As an out-of-town real estate investor managing five properties, peace of mind is everything—and Matt consistently delivers that! He’s proactive, thorough, communicative, and genuinely takes ownership of the properties as if they were his own. I never have to wonder if something was missed or handled halfway. Knowing my homes are in his hands allows me to invest from a distance with confidence. Arrow is fortunate to have him, and I can’t recommend Matt highly enough!!!

I called initially to get someone to my business to help me with pest control and establish a service contract. That was 10 days ago. I called multiple times and each time it was a different excuse. First one was “our tech is not certified in commercial properties”. I understand that. The next one was they will call me that day. Never happened. The next step they transferred me to the commercial department. They tried to get me in touch with an expert. They didn’t answer and was told that the tech makes her own schedule and will call me back shortly. Again, that was 10 days ago. I don’t need someone to call me anymore to try to fix this issue.

Outstanding service. Got termite & bug prevention. Small price to pay for peace of mind (and body, from mosquitos and gnats). Rob Nelson was my tech; highly knowledgeable, informative, and friendly.
