Had an appointment for someone to spray — they never showed up, and no one had the courtesy to call. The next day, I called them and was told “he was sick and called out,” so I rescheduled. On the new appointment day, once again no one showed, and no one called. At that point, I cancelled everything due to the complete lack of communication and repeated no-shows. The woman I spoke with said management would call me as part of their “cancellation policy.” It’s now been over a week — still nothing. I have never dealt with a major company that: 1) Fails to show up — twice. 2) Has absolutely zero customer service. 3) Doesn’t even send appointment reminders, leaving the customer to track everything themselves. This was a complete waste of my time, and their lack of professionalism is unaccep

Outstanding customer service! We recently moved into the area and started working with Arrow Exterminators and have had nothing but excellent support and service. From our first home inspection/treatment from our technician, Jerry, to our most recent interaction with their termite expert, Steven, who inspected and performed maintenance on our termite system to ensure we were fully protected. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable in the area of expertise and explain what they are doing and why. Arrow is definitely customer focused. As a recent example we had some termite bait stations that were disturbed during some landscaping. The people who work the office are always friendly and helpful with scheduling and answering questions. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend.

⚠️ Pet Owners Please Read — A Heartbreaking Warning ⚠️ June 13th 2025 my sweet little Chihuahua — full of life, happy, and playful — suddenly became violently ill within seconds. He went from running around to vomiting, losing control of his bowels, and going completely limp. I rushed him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night… but his little heart had been poisoned, and there was nothing they could do to save him. We had to say goodbye. What makes this even harder is learning that our pest control company had come and sprayed the yard while I wasn’t home — with my dogs still outside. I didn’t think anything of it until it was too late. Please, please, please be careful with pest control chemicals. Ask questions. Make sure your pets are not in the yard when they spray, and keep
