David and Vincent did a fabulous job on cleaning and changing our return vent dryer hose. Our clothes were not drying because our outlet was completely clogged. Our vent hose was too long and water including lint was stopping the air flow. These guys are awesome and know their business. They were also professional and personable. Very please with Dryer Vent Wizard. This is the 2nd time we have used them and have been very pleased. Last year, a bird made a nest in the vent on the 2nd floor. Dryer Vent Wizard removed the nest and added a new magnetic vent so the birds could not return This year, we had a microwave vent that was exposed but would have ended up like last year. Dryer Vent Wizard replaced this vent too and made sure everything was clear. Will be back next year to make sure all is good again. Thanks Dryer Vent Wizard.

On 9/15/25 a company called “Certified Home Services” Came to my home to do a dryer vent, deep cleaning and charged me $763.39. The gentleman arrived in a small white van and no markings. He was here about an hour and said all was good. I attempted to use my dryer that night and it kept shutting off. I called the company back and was told someone would call me back. In the meantime I had already scheduled an appointment with Dryer vent wizard for 9/16/25. The wrap with dryer vent wizard arrived on time announced who he was and who he was with.
