I absolutely recommend Duncan Heating and Air Services. The experience was easy throughout the entire process of getting two mini-split systems in my basement, from the initial quote to the installation. The work they did was top notch at a reasonable price and the end result is clean and is perfectly sized for my space. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and I will reach out again for any hvac work I need.

We recently replaced our old system with a new all electric Cooling and heating Heat pump system. The system works perfectly with the new wifi thermostat that you can adjust the units with your phone even when you're not home. Our electric bills are down by almost 1/2 , and no more purchasing propane . Most importantly was the outstanding service by this local , family owned company. My neighbor HIGHLY recommended Duncan Hvac after she replaced her unit . My first meeting with Cole Duncan at my home and I immediately knew I was using Duncan Hvac . Any questions I have are answered quickly from Duncan or anyone in their local office. It's refreshing in this day and age to find a company doing business with a " the customer comes first " aditude .

Our furnace kept kicking off, I called Duncan and they showed up very quickly. They were able to identify the issue, which was huge! It was leaking carbon monoxide. They had to replace the whole unit and did a phenomenal job at a reasonable price.

We highly recommend Duncan Heating and Air!! We called them a little over a month ago to come out and try to fix our nightmare we had been dealing with for 8 years and give us a quote to replace our entire unit along with all duct work and move the unit. From the 1st phone call and service call all the way through the entire installation of our new units they were a pleasure to work with. The 1st thing I noticed was the compassion from Kathy and Cole. We were freezing because our unit once again was not working. They came out the same day to try and get us some heat. This happened 2 more times where the day I called they had someone out there. The whole process was professional and done in a very timely manner. We love our new units!!! If I could give Duncan Heating and Air Services 10 stars I would. They are the best company to work with. Local, family owned, and very considerate. I needed to have a whole new system put in and they mean what they say when they will take care of you. Thank you I truly appreciate everything you have done. I would highly recommend them.
