Arrow did a great job! My technician Trevor treated every area thoroughly, even the spots my last company missed, and made sure all the webs were cleared out. He explained what he was doing the whole time and made sure everything was done right before he left. Really appreciated his attention to detail and great attitude! I definitely believe this is my forever company every technician I’ve had has done a wonderful job!

Josh showed up right on time, and was very professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers, which I appreciated, because this is a brand new home! He asked if I had any questions, or any specific problems before he started treating my home. He did both the inside and outside! Very satisfied with my experience!

I have been trying to get rid of ants by my pool for months. Arrow came by in April and treated the outside. About a week later I had ants inside my house (never had that issue before). They then came and treated the inside of my house. About a week later I was cleaning the pool filter and found ants everywhere. They came out again and treated the outside again. I left town due to a death in the family. Arrow reached out to schedule a quarterly treatment, I told them I would be back in town on Tuesday and they can come then and do both inside and outside. Instead they decided to do the outside that day. I got back in town on Tuesday and found ants by the pool (picture). Of course they were quick to invoice me when they treated the outside. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!
