Arrow Exterminators

Woohoo, Robert’s back!!! He does such a great job with timeliness and addressing our concerns. (The gentleman that came in his stead was great also) We also appreciate the friendly receptionist that calls to schedule. The pest control service is a good value for the price.

On Dec 3rd I had an inspection done for a VA refi that I was doing. The guy that came in (while I was at work) walked all over my wife as if she was beneath him. Did not tell her what she was doing. When he was done, he said that he saw new activity, but did not see any termites. Said that he could put traps in for $1200. He did not show her any pictures of what he saw, did not say where the so-called activity was. He did not leave a card, invoice or any paperwork, just left. I will NEVER use this company again. If they show up for any other refi or new purchase, I will kick them out. I only received pictures after talks with my lender and they had to fight to get those pictures. This is not how you do business, nor treat veterans or customers period!

We receive excellent service from Arrow and our service provider Andrew in particular. He is one of the nicest people we've met since we moved here to Upstate SC from Florida. He is very personable, shows up when he is scheduled, calls us if he can come earlier than expected too. He performs his job with enthusiasm, attention to detail and thoroughness. We trust him, like him and want to keep him! We are very happy with Arrow Exterminator for our needs and have been offered service by other providers but want to stick with this company and with Andrew who is responsive to our needs.

Chris was amazing. He was professional and very informative during our home and garage evaluation. He is both thorough and a great communicator. From the first phone call with Arrow (I spoke with Kayla) to the end of the evaluation with Chris, they were phenomenal. I highly recommend you give them a call!
