ServiceMaster of the Upstate

Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever have had. I could write a book of the atrocious work performed by Service Master of the Upstate. Was referred to Service Master by my Insurance Co. after broken pipes damaged some flooring. Was lied to repeatedly by Quinten. After he got my check of 9,500.00 deposit to purchase new wood flooring for my home. No new wood was installed, just refinished existing floors,and poorly I may add My encounter with Service Master started the end of Dec. 2022. The floors that were damaged are still not finished. Nails and staples exposed and a hazard for my dog and myself. Had to move out. Wrong stain Moving my belongings was atrocious. missing some personal items. Broken window Broken shower head( from cramming my mattresses in the bathroom.) house f

Would never allow them in my home again. Supposed to repair but did more damage than repaired. Also employee took a dump in my bathroom WITHOUT asking and DID NOT FLUSH.. Did I mention the toilet he used was broken? 😒

ServiceMaster of the Upstate did a great job! The staff were very professional and efficient. Quinton Cole was a pleasure to work with, and he had his team respond quickly to all of my request. It was a pleasure to work with ServiceMaster. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our technician, Derrick, was so polite and professional! He was extra careful with our furnishings and our landscaping. He really did a nice job on cleaning the carpet and also in making sure we were pleased and satisfied with his work before he left. He was quick and attentive!
