Arrow Exterminators

Arrow does a great job making sure our lawn looks great, we also use them for pest control. We would not use any other service. We tried others before Arrow and realize we were wasting our money and it was frustrating. We highly recommend Arrow for anyone searching for a good lawn and pest control service.

Alex is great guy. We have been with this company 3 years or so for lawn and shrub treatment. BUT they never come out with regularity. 1st week 2nd week 3rd week??? I have to constantly call to see if they forgot about us. Supposed to be 6x a year...every 2 months. Just had a ridiculous conversation about how if I upgrade to every 6 weeks only then they can come out on a schedule. What's so hard about 1st week every other month. Girl on phone could care less.

Choosing Falcon Lawn and Pest has been the absolute biggest mistake we have made when it comes to hiring services for our home in the Villages. We hired Falcon upon the completion of our home in August 2019 - the pictures attached to this review shows the side of the yard that has lost all grass coverage - other areas of the yard had different types of weeds and thinned coverage. For the purposes of this review we also had Falcon services for two additional addresses. We chose to pay for all of our services upfront on all of the accounts and this is where our issues began. As our services were coming towards the 12 months one of our address had been turned over to "collections" for nonpayment - the service/invoices that were turned into collections just so happened to be for work that

Arrow Exterminators Pest Control was there when I needed them most, and they continued to follow-up until the problem was resolved. They called to check on status throughout. The representative explained the process and why the problem existed and where. They come back to take care of the property on a schedule and are timely, courteous, and friendly! Any questions I have are answered. Dependable and reliable!!!!
