Completely unprofessional and lackluster installation done wrong. Bought a new home with a brand new fence installed by Arrow. After moving in and being told the fence comes with a warranty (which we now inherited) we noticed the 1 month old fence was leaning on one side and most of the posts were installed crooked and bowing. I called the office manager Becky who couldn’t of cared less and dismissed everything mentioned. She wouldn’t answer simple questions about warranties as to avoid any liability and any responsibility. For some reason she works as the customer service for the office, but she has no people skills or professional expertise to offer. She’s in a constant state of frustration and anger. Live and learn. I have an 8 ft gate that didn't open when I got this house. I used Allen Co. fence at my old house but thought it would just be easier to use Arrow as they initially installed it. I got a quote for a new gate & hardware. The guys came out on a 90°+ day so I told them idc I just need it to open. They shaved off the bottom & adjusted the hardware. Gone in less than an hour. My bill? $150 off. So $250+/hr for 2 guys and no materials.The manager said that's the best they could do. The fence is old and when I replace it, I'll use Allen Co. Hope it was worth the $150 for them. At least I learned on this cheaper job.

He advised us that it would be about three to six weeks before they could install. In less than two weeks, we got the call that they were ready to start! We now have a wonderful chain link fence where our pup can safely play to his heart's content. On 17 August arrow fence came out to survey our property, it went well and Ryan was very helpful on where best to place the fence. I was sent a proposal from Ryan an employee of Arrow fence on the 20th. I was told it would be about five weeks for the supplies to arrive and for instillation to begin, which is understandable. So, I excitedly marked my calendar and paid arrow fence in full on August 20 hoping that it would lead to a quick installation. That was not the case, it took nine weeks for the fence to begin to be installed. Dallas and Adrian came out to install the posts. By October 28th all the fence panels were installed, save one. No one from the company reached out to inform us why. A simple text would have been awesome. We called a few times and got different answers. And we
