Arrow Fencing

I recently purchased a small amount of temporary panels from arrow fencing... and based on my experience with them, I'd give them a six star review if that was possible. The professional customer service, the quality/ reasonable cost of the materials & the skills of the fork lift operator who loaded our trailer impressed me, beyond my expectations. Thank you Chris and arrow fencing for an experience I felt the need to write a review for.

Well, it's been six months since our $3000 deposit. Chris has yet to perform any work whatsoever. We're having to go through the Better Business Bureau, as none of our phone calls have been returned. There's a reason for the sequence of one-star reviews.

Unprofessional and no integrity of word. After reviewing pictures sent to him of the fence damage, he stated the job would be around $1000, easy repair. He would be out in around 2 weeks. Trying to get the property fixed for market, scheduling and time is of the essence. A month later, I called and asked if I had missed him, his response was that he would get around to getting me a quote..' what did I say...$1000? $1500?' Maybe in 3 weeks I'll put you on the list. I responded 'I'm glad I called and you picked up (not always the case) I understood that you would be here in 2 week last we spoke, I didn't realize I didnt even make it on your list. His reponse was " I dont think you want to go there"...He then proceeded to tell me that he has multiple "real jobs" and he has contracts with the

Good work and fair prices. Family owned and operated and they really know what they are doing. We have had them do both temporary and permanent fencing for our construction projects for decades. They have also been helpful supporting gate operators that other companies had installed.
