Redwood Rooter

I am so very happy I called Redwood Rooter! We've been without water for about 3 weeks (it was like camping over the holidays😅) because struggle is real. Anyway, they were so awesome and we had our water back on in 30 minutes or less! Thanks!

Kyle responded same day as called, cleared a stubborn clog at or near the end of the main drain. Very knowledgeable guy, once we located the cleanout, he had it cleared quickly. Reasonable price. Recommended.

I called Redwood Rooter one Saturday evening after I had worked all day on my plumbing issue with no success. To my surprise I got an answer. He told me had a job already planned on the next day which was Sunday. He told me he didn’t know how long the other job would take, but he would make it out to my property no matter what to fix my plumbing issue. He got to my property earlier than he thought. He stayed here as long as the job took. His prices are very reasonable. He is very professional. I will call Redwood Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Very impressed! I had quite a few plumbing leaks on my property and actually was losing a lot of water each month. Tom showed up on time, "Masked - TY" met with me on site and toured my issues. He and I knew the costs and time he estimated for the work before he began and he stuck to it. He put in some serious time at my house for part of 2 days, exactly when he said he would be there. A pro's pro. He's my plumber from now on. FIVE STARS
