Chris the owner is a great guy and helped me out in a jam. My furnace needed a heat exchanger which is an expensive repair and he gave me the best price out of everyone else in the area. He was very honest and squeezed in my repair in an extremely timely manner even though he was booked on the schedule for a month. I would highly recommend Arrow for any repairs or new equipment. Arrow Heating and Cooling is the absolute best. I had the best experience. The tech showed me everything that needed to be done and explained it in layman's terms. He was patient and the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work that he did. Got some great advice and a great warranty. I would definitely recommend Arrow. House is nice and toasty!

Not wanting to get scammed by a flashy salesman, I researched home HVAC information online for a couple weeks before getting quotes. Learned a lot about brands, sizing, proper installation, what is needed and what to avoid. What makes sense and what is a waste of money. After sitting down with the owner Chris I realized quickly he was going to get my business. His recommendations were spot on with everything I was reading. No upselling, no song and dance. But a job like this is only as good as the install and I can't say enough good things about the experienced and professional team that showed up. So impressed with everything about this company.
