Dillon and Keshaun handled our full pack and load today, and they were truly exceptional. The company only assigned two movers for a very large job, and these two worked tirelessly for over 12 hours to get everything done. Not once did they complain — they stayed professional, kind, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. They were organized, communicative, and took great pride in their work. We felt completely comfortable with them in our home, and they made a long and challenging day go as smoothly as possible. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and commitment. We were placed into a very difficult situation that was causing a great deal of harm to our life and we were in desperate need to leave our home. This business was a subcontractor of the business that we hired to help us move. Their team arrived late on three occasions; Their team failed to retrieve all of the items that we requested on two occasions; and Their team failed to arrive with the equipment needed, and that we specifically requested, on one occasion. Chris and Lorenzo showed up on time for our scheduled move with smiles on their faces and an eagerness to help. They got down to business immediately, carefully padding and protecting some really special things we needed to move. Between Mother's family, friends, and the skilled nursing facility, there were four separate drop off locations. They carefully delivered each piece in excellent condition, even taking a few moments to help arrange furniture in the new room at skilled nursing.
