Arrow Oil saved us! After warning our current oil provider (Irving) that we were running under a 1/4 tank. Which shouldn’t have been a problem since we’re on automatic delivery. Irving never came & we ran out of oil today. Called Irving only to be told very rudely that no one would be coming to help us. We not only have an infant but we have tenants in our building who legally rely on us to provide heat/hot water. So I called the first number that came up as a local oil company, Arrow Oil. Not only did someone answer right away. He told me someone could be out within a couple hours to help us restart the boiler as well. Also the price of oil was way better than Irving. We recently discovered Arrow after an issue with our current provider and I am so glad we called. They are friendly, FAST!, affordable and we will now be changing service permanently to Arrow Oil. The response time to our issue was quick, the delivery driver was very nice and assisted us without question. A+

Called in a pinch, was almost out of oil and these guys made it happen! Good pricing, top notch service. Would highly recommend !!

This guy was awesome! Responsive, polite, and most importantly, extremely reasonable! Like many Mainers I made the mistake of not checking my oil level before the weekend and yep, you guessed it, I ran out. Not only did this gentleman help me with a solution to get through the night, he offered a lower weekend "emergency" rate than another company in the area! Thank you for being awesome my man!
