They have been nothing but great to me! I messed up and forgot to order oil and ran out, and they were prompt and courteous to my issue! Special shout out to Linda for making this happen short notice and delivering an excellent customer service experience in the midst of a crazy post snowstorm day!!

Good prices, amazing delivery. Other companies, I had to wait 7-10 days for a delivery. I ordered online at 8 pm and they delivered the next day. Wonderful service!

This is a great company! I've been a client for almost two years. I called late in the day worried that I may not have enough oil to last until our planned visit, (I'd been sick and dropped the ball on scheduling), and although they were super busy and already working overtime into the night to take care of everyone, I saw their truck pull up a few hours later to fill our tank. I am so appreciative of their help squeezing us into their busy day. They care and it shows. Thank you!

I bought a home last August in Biddeford that had a heating oil system. I signed up with Desrochers and had terrific service. I never had to call for oil and billing was easy. If I had a question someone answered the phone or email very promptly. I'm happily sticking with them for my next heating season.
