HORRIBLE!!!!! My husband bought snake from here it and it BROKE IN OUR LINES he goes down to store explains what happened they say okay we will have someone come up there and get it out of your pipes they came DID NOT GET THE BROKEN SNAKE OUT OF LINES TAKES THE MACHINE AND IN THE MISTS OF CONVERSION SAYS THAT OH WELL ITS AN OLD MACHINE.... WOWWWWW!! Now plumbing job is going to cost 10X as much because we were rented an old defected snake I call the company to complain and the hang up before I’m even done explaing what happened. We bring in A LOT of customers being in real estate and construction and we will be making sure all of our customers will be going to new supply store.
