Everything from initial sign up and inspection with Arrow Pest Control has been simple and great. Aaron LeBeouf initially referred me to the company - he was and still is super informative. He’s had answers to all of my questions, tons of patience and just great customer service overall. The techs performing my services have done great as well. Everything is always timely. All phones I’ve had to make are answered efficiently and with great care. I’m overall super impressed with Arrow and would refer ANYONE for their services.

The service tech who came to the house was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He was wearing a mask the entire time as part of the COVID response which I appreciate since I am not fully vaccinated yet. He was very friendly with my dogs and talked to them to put them at ease since they’re not used to strangers. He carefully explained what he did inside and outside the house in detail so I didn’t have any questions. I’m very happy with Arrow.

First class all around. Our sales guy Ashley came out very quickly and gave us a wonderful price. Nice, genuine, and professional guy! Marissa was so informative and really helped ease our nerves during the process! The technician, Jared is such a genuine guy and really informed us about the bugs and let us know where they were found! All around wonderful folks with genuine personalities and a desire to truly help their individual customers… Wish I could give them 1,000 stars!

Today a new termite system was installed around the perimeter of my house. The technician was prompt. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained in detail the installation process and answered my questions completely. After his work was completed, he left my house and yard in the same condition that he found it. There was a slight glitch in the installation. Your technician arranged the solution and followed up to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. He was impressive.

I would like to start off by saying a company is as good as their employees who are out in the field representing them! I have been a customer of Arrow Pest Control since I've been in my house,and that has been 8yrs. I have seen a lot of their employees over that time frame. My wife and I had gotten to the.point where we were ready to end our contract, because of appointments not being met on their end, them saying they sprayed when they didn't, and fee we felt were wrong, but the last few times we got the only employee we trust ,that is ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS going above and beyond, very professional and knowledgeable!
