The installers and the company overall were very easy to work with. We asked for a quote and they came out the same day and got measurements. We had a quote within a day. We paid our deposit on a Friday and the door was installed the following Friday. The techs were prompt and very efficient. They showed us how tho use the opener and how to program it to our vehicles. We will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new door or just service.

Great job from beginning to end. Started out wanting 8 windows but changed to 4 and it gives more than enough light. We did get quotes from others but went with overhead door in Zachary in the end. Very easy to work with and gave us exactly what we wanted. Strongly recommend.

We have used Overhead Door for our last two services. They came and replaced our garage door opener. Trent and Mike the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They looked at all the doors and greased them, adjusted them. They removed the old opener and replaced it with a more modern one and programmed any remotes, cars, and keypads. The new opener is quieter and works great. I called them first thing this morning and the response time was remarkable. I will not hesitate to use this company again. (This is an honest review. Not a bot and I have no personal relationship with this company or staff.) We are pleased.

Came out and looked things over, inspection was done and went over everything. Was able to make all the adjustments and get the door back up. Door works better than it has since we bought the house. Highly recommend the Company.
