This is the best HVAC company I have ever used!! I talked to Fernando first to find out if he could replace a wire from the air conditioner outside to the heater in the garage. He said absolutely, and i also asked him if he could look At the bedroom upstairs because it’s a large room but doesn’t get cool in the summer in heat in the winter. Instead of selling me a fancy new air conditioner that I could’ve put up in the room. He said let’s try adding one more vent to that room because it’s a big room with only one vent. That’s exactly what we did and it works wonderful! His crew Enrique and Eric performed the work. They were very conscientious about their work and about taking care of this home! Fernando and his crew did an amazing job installing the central air in my home. He was quick to schedule us and answered every question I had promptly. He was nice enough to bring us the right filter grille and extra filters without charging extra. After living in my home for 10 years and the house never having central air there was a lot to do to make sure we were up to code and he did it all in a day. We got 4 bids and Fernando was by far the best knowledgeable with the best warranty. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

I woke up with my heater not on and tried to troubleshoot it myself. I called Fernando and he promptly called back. He came over within 10 minutes to fix my thermostat. Made sure everything else was in proper working condition and informed me of all the incentives available to me in the future. I’ll always call him for any AC or Furnace needs!!

I am new to Salem and was referred to Arrows Home Air LLC. Here is where I met Fernando and asked him for help with my air conditioner. He was very helpful. Not only did he check the thermostat, but the furnace and air conditioner. He was also helpful in explaining how it works, recommended a low cost more efficient thermostat which took more than an hour and did it from the kindness of his heart. Not only efficient, thorough and very professional. Next I met Erik who installed my new efficient thermostat which took over an hour also. He too was efficient, he also checked the furnace and air conditioner. He also helped me load the app which is always a pain in the neck and was very patient with me but it got done.
