We are blown away by the level of expertise, service, and professionalism from Ryan and his team. They replied promptly to our request for an estimate, as in a next day appointment. The estimate was thorough and very competitively priced. Once we scheduled the work they arrived on time and began immediately. To say they overdelivered would be an understatement. We are very happy with the workmanship, attention to detail, and communication from TG Skyles. We will definitely be using them again for our HVAC needs.

Ron from TG Skyles Heating and Cooling arrived on time and got to diagnosing our furnace problems immediately. He was thorough and honest about the cost of repairs. I appreciated his honesty and getting us an estimate on parts immediately. It made our decision easier to purchase a whole new system rather than repair a furnace that was old and parts are costly. The day came for our new furnace installation. Both Ron and Ryan were there to make the installation quick and seamless. They finished with the installation sooner than they had projected and installed a new thermostat that is so much easier to read than our last one. I would highly recommend their services and use them again in the future.

Ron is the guy who did the service for me today. He is very knowledgeable and nice, on time, and did a good for this tune-up. I felt TG is a trustworthy company and will definitely ask them to help if anything went wrong with my HVAC system.

These were the only guys that made time to fit us in during these busy months to fix our HVAC in the SAME DAY! Ron our service tech, was very thorough and provided excellent communication during his diagnostics. Although he didn’t have the motor on hand, he left and came back in no time to install a new one!
