10/10. Amazing. My ignitor on my furnace went out in the dead of winter. Showed up on a Saturday, not only were they helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but they had my part in stock. Cheaper then if i ordered online too! Will definitely be going back to them for maintenance. Great work guys!

Allan with ARS was wonderful. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and I got a deal on my HVAC maintenance. He even rescued my cat who was trapped behind a piece of drywall in the unfinished part of my basement, next to the furnace. I will be getting a new furnace with this company. As I first time homeowner, I am so glad that I've found my trusted HVAC people.

Furnace had two issues. Jeff from ARS knew what one issue was just by listening to the furnace while it was running. The second issue was the fault of the manufacturer. Both fixed - running great. He did a great job …..extremely pleasant - will only be using ARS from this time on!!!

I went in thinking I needed a flame sensor. I told him what was happening. He said it's not the flame sensor but since you sanded it you need a new one along with gas valve. The sensor was too large and the gas valve didn't solve it. I called out a tech and it was some limit sensor. The original has valve was fine. I called to return the flame sensor because it was the wrong part and he wouldn't allow it. Then he said this is why we don't like selling to the public. Besides that their prices are high.

Called at 1145 am to see if they sold to public. They close at 12pm. Very kind waited for me to arrive with parts ready. No need suffer in cold TNT. This place has 100% customer services. And answered all my questions highly recommend
