We had an excellent experience with Tyler Thomas from ARS Rescue Rooter, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Our HVAC unit was 21 years old and decided to fail during cold weather, which is about the worst timing possible. Tyler went above and beyond from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain our options, helped us find the right new HVAC system, and worked hard to make sure we had a solution quickly instead of leaving us stuck in the cold. What really stood out was how much he advocated for us — he assisted with financing options, stayed on top of the process, and personally followed up multiple times to ensure everything moved smoothly and that our installation happened on time. We recently purchased a natural gas water heater from Lowe's and ARS is contracted with them to remove the old unit and install the new one. After doing my research, the quote they provided was reasonable for the labor considering that our unit is on the 2nd floor. They were able to squeeze us in the same day that it was delivered by Lowe's so we really appreciated them taking care of us before the weekend. The technician did a great job and explained how to operate the unit before he left. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone for this kind of work. Thanks again!

It was Xmas time, company on the way. Oh no ! No heat ! who to call ? What to do ? I called ARS and Randy Burt was at my home the next day. Randy was great at explaining what the issue was and how to fix it. He taught me about SEER ratings, Dominion Energy rebates and AHRI ratings. Randy answered all questions, offered to come on the weekend to explain to hubby, and provided support after the install. Randy should be a manager. What great service !!!! They get zero stars. I have been trying to have them come do my spring service for a month now. They rescheduled, didnt show up, then didnt show up again. Try to get on the phone with a manager and all you get is, a manager will call you back in a few minutes. 4 TIMES we have been told that and have NEVER received a call from a manager. They were supposed to be here again today....then we get another text that they rescheduled us....again. We are supposed to have them come out once a year to keep our warranty on the unit they installed...nope Im done and I have contacted the better business bureau to launch a formal complaint. Spend your money with someone else because they won't show up to keep your warranty on thier work. Update: Again another re-schedule and then they didnt show up tod
