ARS / Rescue Rooter San Diego

ARS Rescue Rooter instructs their leadership to be dishonest, overcharge clients, and continually increase prices past original signed contract agreements. The fact that I am a woman made ARS Rescue Rooter leadership feel comfortable to continuously increase their prices post signed contract agreements. After a thorough camera inspection of my entire sewage system, they stated I would only need to Pay $7,500. Then, they increased the price to $17,500 with another signed contract that would total $24,980 which was increased after the initial contract was signed, and the project was started. Lastly, Leadership increased the price to $45,000. I terminated my business with ARS Rescue Rooter after the $45,000 they wanted to attach to complete the job. They threatened to report me to the county

Bill, the plumbing supervisor, and his team are awesome! Bill is a great human and supervisor. Get this….he actually supervised everyday his team came to my house. Reason i say that is because we’ve had other things done to our home and the supervisor wasnt there enough in our humble opinion. I highly recommend Bill and his team. If you have a plumbing issue then call ARS SD. To ARS SD, give Bill a raise and some time off!

My wall heater stopped working overnight, I called in the morning, the technician was here by 8:30am! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it! I am very pleased!

I’m happy to leave my first ever google review for our plumber Eduard K. We had the pleasure of having Ed replace our garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, and the pressure valve in our house. His recommendations were honest, explained the work thoroughly, and price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the work in a short amount of time and did a great job. Ed was courteous and personable, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable technician!

We experienced a cooling problem with our AC unit and contacted their service. Christian Ramos came to our house today, identified some wiring that was left unconnected during installation (these technicians are different from ARS), and fixed it immediately. He also refilled the AC coolant. Christian is friendly, very experienced, and I highly recommend his service.
