ARS / Rescue Rooter

We recently had three boilers replaced by ARS Rescue Rooter, and overall, the experience was very positive. We signed the paperwork on Tuesday, and by Wednesday night all three units in our building had heat. That alone speaks volumes. The turnaround was fast, efficient, and well-coordinated. The installation team—Mikey, Matt, Derek, and Rich was absolutely outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The job was done cleanly, everything looked great, and the worksite was left spotless. They took the time to explain how the thermostats worked and made sure we felt comfortable before wrapping up. Ars was able to come out and diagnose the issue with my furnace. Unfortunately that called for installing a brand new unit. They were able to give me a very fair price and were out the next day for the install. The crew arrived in the time window that was agreed upon, completed the job in a very timely neat manner. After install I noticed the crew had forgotten to seal up one side of the return duct to the furnace. Ars was very responsive and had a technician out to correct the issue. Bottom line I am pleased with my experience with Ars.

I have been a customer of ARS for at least 10 years. Got my heating and air conditioning system from them. Always had the yearly maintenance plan. They came out in November to “service” it for the winter and the tech(which I think they are actually sales) said I needed 2 parts. I told the guy that I would get back to them after I spoke to a friend. I ended up thinking that I would get the parts and I called to make an appointment. No one called me back, I called again and finally I got someone to talk to me and they said that someone will call me back. Well no one ever did. I called another company and they came out right away, said I don’t need the parts so I went with them and got a maintenance agreement with them. I emailed them to cancel my contract. Still no reply. They were fast and responsive. Our furnace was not turning on last night and the temps went down to 14° last night. The technician came first thing in the morning. Very grateful for the fast and courteous service. Would definitely recommend ARS!

I am so glad I chose ARS. My furnace went right before the new year and they were able to come out the same day I called. I got my furnace the next day. Brendan came out and was super helpful. He helped me get the right financing for me and didn't rush me to make a choice he guided me on what steps to take and gave me options of furnaces to choose from. He made it simple and easy. The crew that came out to change the furnace wasted no time, they were very respectful and punctual. This company definitely has people who know what they are doing. I highly recommend.
