Kevin arrived at the house ready to go to work. His equipment was in excellent condition and was deployed in under 10 minutes. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the rug's material being cleaned that day. The outcome of the cleaning was great and made a remarkable difference in the appearance of the large area rug. I recommend Duraclean for this type of cleaning.

Kevin serviced my carpets today and I am very satisfied with the results. They were super clean, smelled amazing and he was able to also clean the grout off of my tile which I had been trying to get cleaned for YEARS! literally YEARS!
