Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They nailed the shingle line on every shingle using 6 nails per shingle. This is usually not done. We are in the roofing business for 51 years and 12 hours away. We needed to hire a local company which made me very nervous. David took a tremendous load off my chest and performed above my expectations in every aspect of this job. I've used ARS twice this year, with amazing results both times. The first time I used them was February (2020). I had some damaged fascia, and upon further inspection, some holes in my actual roof from critters. I reached out to ARS based on a positive review, and was contacted that same day by Kate Pinckney, who arranged an inspection/estimate that very afternoon. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was completed professionally, competently, and immediately. We definitely knew we were overdue for a complete roof replacement based on it's current age and condition, and based on my experience with Kate and ARS, my intention was to go through them when it was time.
