Low Country Ducts cleaned two retail showrooms for me this week. They accommodated our schedule needs, worked efficiently, cleaned as they went and did an amazing work. On top of that, they were professional and courteous throughout both jobs. Highly endorse Chris and his team!

We’ve been in our home about 2-yrs when we noticed the clothes weren’t drying completely. The home was nine years old, so we pulled back our dryer and found the exhaust duct chocked with lint. Called Low Country Ducts in Bluffton late on a Saturday and left a message requesting dryer duct cleaning. Received a text within a few hours explaining their fees. Returned the text Sunday morning accepting the terms and asking them to advise earliest appointment. I received a phone call Monday morning to schedule the appointment. Immediately confirmed an appointment that fit my schedule for that Thursday between 2-3pm. When does anyone get that kind of response? In my experience rarely. Brian and Brian came out to perform duct and dryer vent cleaning on time and fully prepared. They were courteous, very professional and performed an exceptional service for us.

Low Country Ducts was fantastic! Highly recommend! I was looking for someone to clean my dryer vent. I called on Monday, and they were at my house by Thursday. Paul kept me updated throughout the day with his arrival time, which was amazing! He, Brian, and Chris were super friendly. The job was done thoroughly and professionally.
