Excellent and very thorough service, very punctual and they were very easy to work with as they worked around my schedule. I've used plenty of other exterminators in the past as a restaurant owner and I must admit that they were the most thorough that I've ever used. I would highly recommend using arsenal pest control over any other exterminator they're very dedicated to the job they do and it's hard to find companies these days that take pride in what they do.

We had an issue with rodents getting into our walls. They came out soon after called and solved our problem. John was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have a seizure dog and he listened to our concerns and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure everything was handled safely for him. We have not had any issues since using their services.

I have had John service my house for about a year. Easy to work with. They show up when they say they will. They call me to remind me my service is due and never seem put out when I change appointment times. Overall 5/5 from me.
