We are delighted with our new roof that Baker Home Exteriors installed for us at the recommendation of our son from his very positve experience with this company. We were pleased to work with Ian Edwards in a non-pressured presentation. From the setting of the date to the final clean up, everything was done in a very professional manner. The crew arrived at 7:15 am and left that day at 6:00 pm after finishing laying the shingles and cleaning up what they could. The crew and manager returned the next morning to complete the work and do the final, thorough clean- up. We had NO cleaning up to do after the crew departed. We highly recommend Baker Home Exteriors for any job and ours was completed without "breaking the bank."

As we approached 19 years with our roof, we needed to start looking for the right contractor to help with replacement. We had a few companies come out to give assessment and estimates. None compared with the excellent information and thoroughness of Baker. Ian Edwards took his time with us, did a complete inspection of our roof and then sat down to go through each process. The other companies paled in comparison. Once we were able to get on their schedule the crew with Gerald Wolf and Bill were efficient and worked right up until dark. They were courteous and their clean up each day was greatly appreciated. Our finished product looks beautiful and we are set for another 20 years.

The workmanship by both the shingle team and the gutter team was excellent. The team leaders of each group were professional and answered all questions. The clean up was also done so that the area around the house was clean of all debris. There was an issue which was not completed when it was supposed to be completed but after the customer explained the situation, it was done without issue and it was carried out quickly. I, the customer, was communicated with each step of the way. Even when the computer app was hard to navigate, the manager of the project met with me at a convenient place to double check on the details and to ensure that all was correct. We had an excellent experience from the roof inspection, help with shingle selection, to the final quality of the new roof and gutters. Henry stayed connected with us throughout, troubleshooting, offering referrals and communicating with the construction team. He was our first contact and the reason we chose Baker. Gerald, the roofing manager was on site daily and extremely helpful with general issues. We were replacing a recent poorly done roof.
