I am a return customer. The first job Art & Iron, LLC performed was welding a gate latch on our wrought iron gate. The repair went smoothly with excellent results. The most recent job was repairing a mailbox post, brackets and mailbox damaged when struck by a vehicle. Benji and Chris arrived as scheduled. When they dug around the base of the mailbox post they discovered there was hidden damage beneath the ground. They tackled the problem like pros with determination and expertise. The result was outstanding, as the steel support bracket cut and assembled by Benji was strong and solid, as was the base pour. Frankly, the end result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Art & Iron, LLC.

Benji did an amazing job on our gate! His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering he fabricated and installed it in a super tricky, sloped area. He's truly dedicated to his craft, super-thorough and incredibly knowledgeable, even staying on top of the constantly changing intercom technology. His follow-through was amazing; he made adjustments until the gate operated perfectly. When we had an issue with a device manufacturer, he actually went after them and took care of it, even though he wasn't required to. It was really above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Benji and his team!

Art and Iron gate design and installation is #1. Benji is the best in the industry. Benji gives you the finest work and craftsmanship in the business. Benji is honest, caring, very knowledgeable in every aspect with gate design, installation, and maintenance. He did a fantastic project of mine located in Ventura County. He was on time, great communication, and saved me time and money. I would recommend him to everybody who needs or wants the security and convenience of an automated gate system, or custom or unique gate design.

During the first year, Benji's service contract was honored. However, when the video camera connection for Pedestrian communication was not working, Benji refused to take any responsibility, blaming my internet and/or phone service for the problem. The issue was resolved when Liftmaster tech support Chamberlain informed me that the system Contact (Benji) should have updated Firmware. This update was not only ignored but responsibility denied by Benji, I took Benji off the system and replaced him with a Chamberlain authorized technician. The system is working well now. Furthermore, Benji agreed to partially compensate me for the service contract that he did not honor but I haven't received payment yet. I'm considering Small Claims Court.
