Art Gilbert is very professional at his craft with an abundance of knowledge. He and his crew installed my boiler and has been willing to help me at any time of day or night. He had patience with all my questions. I would recommend Art Gilbert to any customer.

Art has installed and serviced several heating systems for my business over the past 3 decades. I have always found him to be honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Without fail, he has always been there when there’s a heating crisis and he stays until the problem is resolved. I appreciate his work ethic and tenacity to get things done right! Art is the Obi-Wan Ken-Obi of Heating and Cooling! He is the best! He is Super friendly! The one downside he has is, he helps too many people, including the crazy ones that may or may not have written bad reviews about him for his inability to help them for free, he’s not a charity, but he is a wealth of knowledge and willing to share if you give him the time of day.

I would definitely not recommend this contractor. He fails to respond to repeated calls/texts. When I first reached out, he literally hung up on me 3 times before finally answering the fourth time. I have no idea why. When it was time to install a control panel on my furnace, i was unavailable the first time.he wanted to come over. I immediately followed up with 3 texts to reschedule. I advised I would accommodate his schedule after the busy holiday, I heard absolutely nothing. I also followed up with a phone call. The message on the call said he was temporarily unavailable and I was unable to leave a message. Yet, when I asked a male friend to call to check if there was a problem with the phone, he picked up immediately and said he was upset because I wasn’t available when he initially wa
