Art Hill Excavating

I had sewer line backup called several businesses to come fix it. Art Hill excavating came out quickly and fixed the problem. We thought. Jen came out personally to check out the situation and found a problem just past the previous repair. It was Christmas eve and her crew worked into the night to correct the issue. I felt bad for the crew it was a long cold wet day for them. I highly recommend Art Hill excavating Jen is an honest thoughtful businesswoman that really cares about her customers. Thanks Jen!

My boyfriend had his LARGE driveway done about a month ago. When I saw it, I pointed out all that I saw wrong and took lots of pictures. He was upset with my opinion but finally admitted that he wasn't happy with the $ 10, 000 job. The owner came out and agreed that the job was not up to her standards. A short time later, she came back with with her husband and 3 workers. They not only cut the the edges to be nice and even, they backfilled around the whole driveway and seeded it. When I arrived on Friday evening...I couldn't BELIEVE how amazing it looked. Jennifer, that was wonderful !!! Rich had told me how impressed he was with your knowledge, professionalism, and pleasing manner when he was first getting estimates. You certainly are a good businesswomen and we will be sure to recommend

I was referred to Art Hill by a co-worker and decided to try it. I had 2 yards of top soil delivered. There was a misunderstanding of the instruction of placement and when I emailed the company. I was responded to promptly. They apologized and understood and made it better. I will be calling them again this summer and in the future for service and keep on passing the good word.
