We have an old farm house that we just moved into and wanted to tighten up the basement. Bob and his crew ended up coming out twice once to install drain tile in about 75% of our basement and fix and install a new egress door, a couple window wells, as well as bring in top soil to help the grade on the side of the house. The second time he came back he did about 10 more feet of drain tile (at my request) and then skim coated all off our basement walls. Great company. Great communication and excellent work. A very laborious job was done efficiently fast and CLEAN. I would recommend to anyone!

Bob and his crew installed drain tile and a sump pump in the first house we owned and did an amazing job. We had them back once we bought a new home to install a new sump pump and water backup system. I called him- two years later when we had a question about it and he was able to help us fix the problem right away! When our drain tile in our current home is ready to be replaced we will be using this company as well.

Bob Waters and team are great to work with. They do not "hard" sell you into anything. They just give you the information you are asking for. They called me to let me know they were on their way, arrived as promised and were very prompt in getting the job done! Did not have to clean up after them at all! Highly recommend and will do business again!

Our basement had been wet for the past 15 years. Bob Waters work was excellent and we have had a dry basement for the past 3 years. Great work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a dry basement! We wish we would have done this years ago.
