Christian was our project manager, and he truly made the entire experience. From day one, he was accommodating, responsive, and incredibly professional. We were managing much of the project from away, which can be stressful, but Christian always picked up the phone when we called to check in. He kept us informed, answered every question, and made us feel confident that our project was in good hands. Now, over a year later, he is still reachable whenever we have questions. We just experienced Artesian’s after sale warranty service and I was amazed. The Pentair equipment they installed over 2.5 years ago started failing. I thought I would have to deal with Pentair myself, so I called Artesian hoping they could provide the documentation I would need. Instead, I had new equipment (lights and chlorinator) installed by Artesian’s tech the very next day. Can’t get any better than that! Thanks, Artesian!
